AMMCOR Contracts Work for Client’s Escrow

AMMCOR knows the work involved in managing a community association. Association management is what AMMCOR was designed to do as a business and that means they have to be knowledgeable on all the needs an association may face. This includes both financial and legal needs as well.
Fortunately, AMMCOR is a corporation that can be trusted. Not only have they been around for several decades, but they have association managers that are well certified to do the work they do. As a business, AMMCOR belongs to both the California Association of Community Managers and to the Community Associations Institute, which is a national organization.

Part of AMMCOR is to work with their client’s financial needs. AMMCOR handles their client’s monthly assessments, vendor invoice payments, budgets, and meetings. And since AMMCOR handles association’s small finances, they are well equipped to handle their larger financial needs as well. This includes any need to seek outside assistance in caring for finances.

In caring for their client’s, AMMCOR announced that they contracted CondoCerts to handle and process association escrow documentation. AMMCOR knows that CondoCerts will be reliable because they are a subsidiary of the Mutual of Omaha. And AMMCOR has contracted CondoCerts to process the escrow documentation to several thousand properties managed by AMMCOR.

Before any decision is made by AMMCOR, there is a lot of discussion that takes place before hand. AMMCOR makes all their decisions based off of what is best for both AMMCOR and their client’s. So when AMMCOR decided to contract CondoCerts, it is because AMMCOR trusts the company to handle the work legally and efficiently. AMMCOR has nearly 12,000 homes through the 63 community associations they manage. With so many homes, AMMCOR knows their reputation in good decision-making and judgment calls are important, so they weight every choice before making a final decision and they trust CondoCerts with their client’s escrow.
