Annual Toy Drive by AMMCOR

Some of the easiest charities and organizations to donate to are the ones designed to benefit children. This is because so many children are victims of circumstances beyond their control. So when it comes to children, many people are ready to give a few spare dollars or make a purchase to help bring smiles to an unknown child’s face.

AMMCOR is proud to begin an annual toy drive for children. The toy drive will go to benefit the children of service men and women of Camp Pendleton Marine Base. AMMCOR collects toys at their different AMMCOR offices and then eventually the toys are driven to Camp Pendleton where they are wrapped and delivered to the families who live on the base.

There are many different toy drives in a number of communities across America. Toy drives, mitten drives, and donations are a common way for corporations to help children in need in their communities. Like AMMCOR, many corporations will pick a specific place or group to help donate to. With AMMCOR, they are proud to help collect toys for the children of families living on the Marine Base.

AMMCOR’s donating of toys annually is also a way of showing support for military men and women and their families. AMMCOR knows that military service can be hard on families when a mother or father may be gone for weeks at a time. And even though a toy can’t replace a parent away from home, it is AMMCOR’s way of showing that they care for the trials and service of both the men and women in the armed services and their families as well.

AMMCOR is get involved in their community. Besides the toy drive, AMMCOR gets involved in a variety of other community events including sports teams. The toy drive and other community involvements are just AMMCOR’s way of giving back to the community that has supported them.

Community Involvement is Fundamental to AMMCOR

AMMCOR likes to get involved in their community in a number of ways. Some community events AMMCOR does annually while some are just a onetime thing. However, whether is annual or for just one year, there is no denying that as a corporation, AMMCOR has been involved in their community in a number of ways.

On the lighter side of community involvement, AMMCOR has sponsored a table at the annual Monarch Beach Sunrise Rotary Lobster Fest. Small festive activities like the Lobster Fest are a fun way for AMMCOR to go out and spread the word about their business. Another part of the happier community projects that AMMCOR has assisted in includes buying tiles to customize and decorate for “Courtney’s SandCastle Universally Accessible Playground.” The playground in San Clemente is designed to serve children with physical, mental, and sensory disabilities.

AMMCOR is also proud to support their local Boys & Girls Club. Just recently, AMMCOR’s Board of Directors decided in favor or a standard annual gift to the San Clemente Boys & Girls Club of the South Coast Area. And AMMCOR also contributed to the International Water Polo Team “Dog Beach Cleanup” by assisting in the travel costs.

And while these represent some of the more fun happy sponsorships that AMMCOR has made, AMMCOR also knows the importance of helping in other ways as well. AMMCOR has also helped to sponsor programs for children in need. AMMCOR accomplishes this by sponsoring the Assistance League of South Orange County and their annual home tour.

AMMCOR also collected clothing from their offices as well as their business contacts to donate to abused women. And AMMCOR is proud to start a new annual toy drive to collect toys for the children of service men and women at the Camp Pendleton Marine Base. The toys are collected and wrapped before being gifted to families on the base.

Association Management Experience Found at AMMCOR

If you are looking for a business to work with you, you want to know that a business has experience, their employees are reliable and dependable, and that the reputation of the business is intact. Fortunately, AMMCOR has been in business since 1979. Although there are some new and different employees than when the business first started, AMMCOR receives tons of positive client feedback annually.

As an association management corporation, AMMCOR manages over 60 different community associations with almost 12,000 homes within those communities. AMMCOR knows how to handle different associations and is tuned in to their needs and legal issues as well. AMMCOR even demonstrates their knowledge annually by hosting a seminar on homeowner associations for their Board Member clients.
AMMCOR’s reputation for providing excellent community association services has been recognized. One of the newer clients of AMMCOR is The Hunt Club Estates. This prestigious association’s trust in AMMCOR is both a compliment and a demonstration of the skills AMMCOR has already expressed in their management of other community associations.

Not only does AMMCOR work hard for their clients, but AMMCOR has even worked to negotiate with a bank on the behalf of their client associations in order to maintain general operating accounts. AMMCOR also contracted a subsidiary of Mutual of Omaha to handle and process some of their client’s escrow documentation as well.

There is little question that AMMCOR is ready to work hard for their clients. If an association is ready to put their trust in AMMCOR’s management abilities, than AMMCOR is ready to help them. With so many communities already turning to AMMCOR to manage their community associations, you can be sure AMMCOR is trust worthy. Their experience, friendly staff, and annual seminars show how prepared AMMCOR is to work with any community association that comes to them for management services.

AMMCOR Hosted Seminar for Clients

There is little question that a lot of work goes into managing a community association. There are both financial and legal issues to worry about as well as small or large maintenance work matters. AMMCOR has helped carry the burden of the role of association management for many different community associations through the years. Now, AMMCOR is proud to manage over 60 different community associations.

While they are skilled and knowledgeable about what it is they do, AMMCOR thought it would be beneficial to have a seminar and invite the board members of the associations they provide management for. So AMMCOR holds annual seminars for their clients with their “Absolutely Free Legal Seminar.”
At the seminar, the homeowner associations Board Members who attend get to enjoy wine, cheese, and desserts while they listen to seminar presenters. At the last seminar held in September 2012, one of the presenters was an insurance broker. The seminar addressed many of the needs and legal issues that homeowner associations face on a routine basis.

The seminar is not only a way to stay in close contact with AMMCOR’s board member clients, but it also educates the clients as well. By holding an annual seminar that relates directly to both what AMMCOR does and what the association board members need to be aware of, AMMCOR demonstrates their understand and knowledge of the many issues associations face. This helps to reestablish trust between AMMCOR and their clients.

AMMCOR has plenty of experience managing community associations. AMMCOR collects feedback from the board members in regard to their employees and is proud that so many of their employees provide excellent customer service. AMMCOR’s ability to communicate and relate well with their clients will keep their company strong and prosperous for years more to come.

Assistance League of South Orange County Supported by AMMCOR

Around the holidays people and companies alike start to feel a bit more giving. Part of it is the festive music and decorations, but another part of it is that we re-learn on an annual basis to be grateful for what we have. And in being thankful for our own blessings, the holiday season becomes a time to donate to charities that work to bring a bit of holiday spirit to others.

AMMCOR is proud to help out their communities with more than just seasonal assistance. AMMCOR sponsors a number of children’s sports or fund raising events. However, AMMCOR like many corporations, use the holiday season to give a little extra more. Each holiday season, AMMCOR is a proud sponsor of the Assistance League of South Orange County.

AMMCOR sponsors the annual holiday home tour of the Assistance League of South Orange County. AMMCOR’s reason for sponsorship is simple. The league focuses on benefiting children in need. That simple but extremely important reason is what drives AMMCOR to support the Assistance League of South Orange County in the holiday season.

AMMCOR knows that there are many charities as well around the holiday season that seek assistance. So besides helping children in need through the Assistance League of South Orange County, AMMCOR also sponsors a toy drive for children and families of service men and women. AMMCOR’s toy drive is to collect toys for the youth of Camp Pendleton Marine Base.

AMMCOR enjoys helping out their community. AMMCOR has become involved in many cases where the community assistance or programs were targeted towards children. AMMCOR even bought tiles to be placed in a park designed for children with physical, mental, and sensory disabilities as well. AMMCOR supports their local community, but finds particular importance in helping children within its community.
